Timothy M. Gannon

Timothy M. Gannon, age 75, of Millis passed away July 24th.  Born in Boston, he was raised in Brighton and attended Boston Schools.  He worked for many years at Filene’s Department Store in Boston in Electrical Maintenance before retiring.  In his free time he enjoyed candlepin bowling. 

Beloved father of Christina M. Gannon and her spouse Melanie Maguire of Lake Mary, FL.  Brother of Marty Gannon of Millis, William Gannon and his wife Rosalie of Milton, Rose Pitner of Hopkinton, Michael Gannon and his wife Nancy of Hopedale, and Kevin Gannon of Millis.  Also survived by several nieces and nephews. 

Visiting hour at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home 326 Granite Ave Milton Friday August 5th from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.  The visitation will be followed by burial at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in W. Roxbury.   In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org
