Thomas E. Dwyer

Thomas E. Dwyer, age 77, of Dorchester passed away at home on November 11, 2020. Born and raised in Boston, he graduated from Boston Trade High School.  He worked for many years as a Truck Driver for Flying Tigers and was later a self-employed 18 Wheel Driver. Prior to his retirement he worked for Dorey Fuel Service.  

Thomas was the father of Lisa Mahoney and her husband Paul of Franklin, the late Rene M. Dwyer, and Patricia (Trisha) Dwyer of Fall River. He was the grandfather of Thomas, Sarah, Anna and the late Jonathan Mahoney, and Kyle and Trevor.  Brother of Gail Dwyer of Milton and the late Albert “Albie” Dwyer and Jane Dwyer Ryan.  Also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.  Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home 326 Granite Ave., Milton, Sunday from 3-5 pm. Due to the current Covid 19 restrictions only 25 people will be allowed in the funeral home at a time, masks are required and guests should bring their own pens to sign the register book. Funeral service and burial private.
