Stephen J. Murphy

Stephen J. Murphy, age 69 of Milton passed away after a brief illness. Survived by his wife Dawn Skinner Murphy, married for 37 years, brother of Neil Murphy, Caroline Maglio, and Marilyn Sugru. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by William Murphy, Robert Murphy, Emmett and Barbara Murphy.

Milton police officer for 32 years. Avid lover of golf and was known at Ponkapoag.

Visiting hours will be held at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home 326 Granite Ave Milton on Monday June 1st from 4:00-7:00pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday June 2nd in the funeral home at 11:00am. Burial to follow at the Massachusetts National Cemetery.
