Raymond C. Beane

Raymond C. Beane, age 69, of Quincy passed away suddenly September 14th at the Carney Hospital. Born in Quincy, he was raised in Milton and has lived in Quincy for over 30 years.  He attended Milton High School and Boston College High School and graduated from Northeastern University.  He worked for British Telecom America’s for over 15 years and previously worked for Cisco Systems.  He was an avid golfer and a member of Presidents Golf Course where he was a member of the Fake it Thru Friday Thursday night golf league.  Ray was a huge Boston sports fan and enjoyed watching the Patriots, Bruins, and Red Sox. 

Beloved husband of Kathleen E. Campbell.  Father of Katherine R. and Juliana I. Beane both of Quincy.  Brother of Brian Beane of Quincy and Cherie Beane of Marshfield.  Also survived by his 4 legged friends Jelly Beane and Sophie.  Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home 326 Granite Ave Milton Sunday from 4-8 pm.  Funeral Mass at St. Ann Church Wollaston Monday morning at 10:30.  Burial Cedar Grove Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the South Shore Children’s Fund c/o John Ford 68 Baxter Ave Quincy, MA 02169.
