Paula Frances Geary

Paula F. Geary, age 60, passed away on May 15, 2026, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved daughter of Mary Lou J. Geary of Milton and the late Paul F. Geary. Loving sister of Jeanmarie, Joanna and her husband Gregg Richards, Maura, Kara and her late husband Fred Regan, Aimée and her husband Dana Collins, and Jill. Devoted aunt to Robert, Harrison, Olivia, Brendan, Kyle, Zoë, Gavin, Zachary, Morgan and Willow, all of whom held a special place in her heart.  

Paula was raised in Braintree and spent the last 22 years in Milton. She graduated from Braintree High School in 1984. She went on to earn her Bachelor‘s of Science degree in Biology from Suffolk University and worked for several years as a Medical Researcher. Later, she received her Master's of Science degree in Information Systems from Northeastern University and worked as a Software Engineer for 25 years. 

She had a passion for aviation, and in her younger years, was interested in becoming a pilot. She also loved to travel the world and especially enjoyed trips with her family. Paula enjoyed reading, shopping, dining out, and decorating her home for every holiday, especially for Christmas. She was a generous donor to charities involving children and animals. 

Paula will be deeply missed and forever remembered with love.  

Private services were held with her immediate family. Donations may be made in Paula’s memory to the Massachusetts Organ Transplant Fund.
