Patrick J Dillon

Patrick Joseph Dillon, age 93, of Milton passed away peacefully on Friday, October 19, 2018. Originally from Tulla, County Clare, Ireland, the son of the late Timothy and Nora (Conlon) Dillon, he immigrated to Boston in 1956 where he met and married his devoted wife of 60 years, Bridget Josephine (Madden). A 50 year resident of Milton, Mr. Dillon was employed as a Mason in the construction industry for many years. He was the loving father of five children; Eileen (Dinn), Ann (O'Connor), Patrick and Tommy. His daughter, Josephine Grant, precedes Patrick in death. He had 15 grandchildren: Caitlin Dinn; JP, Kristen and Michael Grant; Patrick, Thomas, Sheamus and Timmy O'Connor; Patrick, Meghan and Connor Dillon;and Brendan, Courtney, Jack and Molly Dillon. "Pa" will be sorelly missed. A funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Agatha Church, Milton, Tuesday October 23, 2018 at 9 am. Visiting hours will be held at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Ave., Milton, MA 02186 Monday, October 22, 2018 from 4 to 7 PM. Burial will be in Milton Cemetery.
