Patricia A. Maibach (McNamara) of Milton, formerly of Hanover and Quincy passed away May 25th at the age of 91. Born and raised in Quincy, she graduated from North Quincy High School and went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree from Emmanuel College and her Master’s in Education from Boston State College. She taught in the Quincy Public Schools at the Mass Fields School and Adams School and later worked as a Computer Programmer and Analyst for John Hancock for many years before retiring.
Beloved wife of the late Lawrence E. Maibach. Mother of Karen M. Curran and her husband James of Quincy, James L. Maibach and his wife Patricia of Arlington, TX, and Clare F. Keating and her husband Kevin of Milton. Sister of Mary Jenkins of TN and Francis McNamara of FL. Also survived by 7 grandchildren (Lauren Woods of Dorchester MA, Meghan Holpuch of Steamboat Springs Colorado, Lauren Carter of Arlington Texas, Kelly Curran of Burlington MA, Michael Curran of Dorchester MA, Sean Keating of Milton MA, and Daniel Keating of Milton MA). Also survived by 7 great grandchildren (Gavin, Ronan, Sloane, Oliver, Henley, Beckett, and Adeline).
Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home 326 Granite Ave Milton Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass at St. Elizabeth’s Church, Milton Thursday morning 10:00 am. Burial Mt.
