Mary Celine (Boyd) Campbell

Mary "Celine" Campbell, born in County Down N. Ireland on December 8, 1935, passed away peacefully at her home in Milton, MA on Saturday,, January 2, 2021. She was the beloved wife of the late Gerald J. Campbell. Daughter of the late James and Agnes Boyd of Ballynahinch, Co. Down, N. Ireland, she was the sister of George Boyd, Delores Mooney, Patrick Boyd, Sylvia Geis, Geraldine Morgan, Doreen Morgan and the late Alice Stewart, Sarah Walsh, Lily Boyd, Nora Boyd, Jim Boyd and John Boyd.  She was also the devoted aunt to many Nieces and Nephews who loved her dearly and affectionally referred to her as " Aunt Ninny". Celine enjoyed spending time with family, traveling and golfing. She also spent her time volunteering at various organizations including the Shattuck, the Poor Clare's and Church. She was always there when someone needed to talk, a ride or a good laugh!

A visiting hour will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday morning January 8th from 8:30 to 9:30. Due to covid 19 restrictions only 10 people will be allowed in the Funeral Home at a time. Please wear a mask and bring your own pen to sign the guest book. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Hills Church, Friday, at 10 am. Burial will follow in Milton Cemetery. in lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Timothy J. O'Brien Osteosarcoma Research Fund, pd 112, 44 Binney Street, Boston, MA 02115.
