Margaret M. (Sweeney) Fallon

of Milton Massachusetts passed away peacefully surrounded by her adoring family on August 16, 2022. 

Born in County Mayo, Ireland, Margaret immigrated to the United States where she met and married her beloved husband of sixty years, the late Thomas P. Fallon.

A life well lived, filled with Faith, Family, and Friendship, the cornerstones of her life.

A woman of deep faith, she was a daily communicant at Saint Agatha Church in Milton and in the winter, San Marco Church in Florida.

Loving  Mother of Maureen and her husband Thomas, Michelle and her husband Michael, Sean and his wife Coleen.

Amazing Grandmother “Nano”  to Grace, Ann, Colin, Daniel, Jane, Michelle, Thomas, and the late Maggy and Rita. 

Margaret cherished her time with her family, and she was the epitome of the best Mother and Grandmother. 

Dear sister of Joseph, Elizabeth, and the late Catherine, James, and Edward.

The family wishes to thank her incredible caregivers who provided her with care, comfort, compassion, and friendship during the past four years.

The family also wishes to thank her numerous friends and wonderful neighbors, whose kindness means the world to all of us; especially Catherine Beggan and her family for their love and support over the years. 

Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Avenue, Milton on Friday August 19th 2022 from 4:00-7:00pm

A  celebration of Margaret’s life will take place on Saturday August 20th at Saint Agatha Church, 440 Adams Street, Milton at 10:30am.

Donations in Margaret’s name may be made to Perkins School for the Blind, 175 North Beacon Street, Watertown, MA 02477.

Masks are encouraged.
