Lisa Campbell Obituary

Lisa M. Campbell passed away peacefully July 2nd, surrounded by her family.  Devoted daughter of Jean Campbell (Romanowski) and the late Michael Campbell. Sister of Tricia Campbell and Christina Campbell and her fiancé Paul O’Brien and the late Stephen Campbell and her late partner Michael Felton. Niece of Diane Romanowski. Also survived by her dog Bella whom as everyone knew was the light of her life.
Lisa grew up in Quincy and attended St. Agatha’s school, moving on to graduate from Fontbonne Academy in Milton. She was an employee with Blue Cross Blue Shield since 1999, where she built many strong friendships.
Lisa had a weekly routine of walking to the L Street Diner for breakfast and then on to the European Market for head cheese, certainly not being everyone’s cup of tea but she had done this since she was a young child. She loved sitting on her mother’s patio chatting with her family along with her dog Bella. Lisa enjoyed cooking for her friends and family where she had mastered her Grandmother’s recipe for potato salad.
A lover of visiting many different restaurants to enjoy a nice meal and a tasty tropical drink, one of her favorites being a Rum Runner.
Everyone that knew Lisa saw her funny and at times playfully snarky personality which was such a big part of why everyone loved her. Lisa had quite a sweet tooth, you would think it was Halloween sometimes seeing how much candy she had, some of her favorites being Skittles, Mambas, and Jolly Rancher candy.
Lisa had taken many trips in her life but her most recent trips to Martha’s Vineyard proved to be her favorite where she would coordinate her outfits with her beloved dog Bella. She loved taking hilarious videos little Bella talking, Lisa being Bella’s voice of course if you were lucky enough to receive one you would surely get a big laugh out of it..
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her so much. Visiting on Friday July 8th from 4-7 pm. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to either the Quincy or Milton Animal Shelter in Lisa’s name.
