Raised in the vibrant community of Readville, Kathleen's early education at St. Clare's School in Roslindale laid the foundation for her lifelong values of compassion and dedication. Her formative years were filled with the warmth of family and the guiding principles of her Catholic faith, which she carried with her throughout her life.
Kathleen's professional journey as a Home Health Aide was more than a career; it was a calling. Her gentle touch and kind words brought comfort and solace to many families, reflecting her innate ability to connect with people in their times of need. Her work was not just a job, but a meaningful extension of her caring nature, allowing her to make a lasting impact on the lives of those she served.
A devout Catholic, Kathleen was a cherished member of St. John the Baptist Church in Quincy. Her faith was the cornerstone of her existence, guiding her actions and inspiring those around her. She lived her beliefs through her actions, and her presence was a beacon of hope and strength within her church community.
Kathleen was the loving daughter of the late Charles and Kathryn Jones, embodying their legacy of love and kindness in every aspect of her life. She was a beloved sister to Virginia Devlin and her husband Owen of Sharon, Richard Jones and his wife Bonnie of Dorchester, Charles Jones and his late wife Adrienne Sykes, and Francis Jones and Debra of Hingham. Her role as a sister was marked by laughter, support, and unwavering loyalty. She is also survived by her faithful companion Joseph Pollara.
Her life was further enriched by her many nieces and nephews, who will carry forward her teachings and her spirit.
