Kathleen A. Daly

Kathleen A. Daly, age 80, passed away August 1, 2018 at the Pat Roche Hospice House in Hingham.  Born in Boston, she was raised in Milton and graduated from Milton High School Class of 1955 and was a longtime resident of Quincy.  She was a longtime administrative assistant for the Howley Family of the Wilson-Tisdale Company for the Boston Globe for many years before retiring in 1999.  She enjoyed knitting, sewing, especially Irish Step dresses, crafting, traveling and reading the Boston Globe every day.

Daughter of the late Joseph E. Daly and the late Elizabeth (Nolan) Daly.  Survived by her Goddaughter Joanna Newton and her husband David and their children Sarah and Jack of Braintree.  Dear friend of the late Justine Mallahan and her children Michelle Gasbarro and Justin Mallahan and Michelle's children Danielle, Michael and Devon Gasbarro.  Cousin of Marylin Weber of Chicago, Illinois and the late James Daly and his wife Betty.  Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home 326 Granite Ave Milton Friday 4-7 pm.  Funeral Mass at St. Agatha Church Milton Saturday morning at 10.  Burial private.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Pat Roche Hospice House, 86 Turkey Hill Lane, Hingham, MA 02043
