John E. Harrison

John E. Harrison of Plymouth, formerly of Milton, passed away December 7th.  Born in Lowell, he was raised in Dorchester.  He worked for the MBTA for many years before retiring.  In retirement John and his late wife Nora volunteered for Meals on Wheels for over ten years.  John also enjoyed traveling with Nora and visiting and spending time with family and friends in Ireland.  

Beloved husband of the late Nora (Moylan).  Devoted son of the late Mary K. (Stenson) and Peter J. Harrison.  Brother of Michael F. Harrison and his wife Vashista of Berkeley, CA, Mary E. Driscoll and her husband Edward of Plymouth, and the late Peter J. Harrison and his wife Louise of Canton.  He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. 

Funeral Mass at St. Agatha Church, Milton Monday morning at 10:30.  Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home 326 Granite Ave Milton, Monday morning prior to the mass from 9:00 to 10:00 am.  Burial in Milton Cemetery.
