James "Jimmy" Barresi Obituary

James “Jimmy” Barresi of Quincy passed away unexpectedly March 12th. Born in Boston, he was raised in Hyde Park and Foxboro and graduated from Foxboro High School. He worked as a Letter Carrier for the Wellesley Hills Post Office for many years before retiring in 2018. He was an avid Bruins fan and loved his 4 legged friend Zoey. Beloved husband of Stephanie A. (Tierney). Father of Stephen Barresi of Boston and James Barresi Jr. and his wife Ariel of Hull. Son of Margaret (Nolan) and Frank Barresi of Foxboro. Brother of Frank Barresi and his wife Kathleen of Rehoboth. Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home 326 Granite Ave Milton Thursday 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Church, Quincy Friday morning at 10:00. Burial private.
