Helen T. Pierotti (Moore), passed away on December 19, 2023, at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Born in Boston, Helen's life journey was marked by her dedication to her family, friends, and Catholic faith, leaving a legacy of love and friendship that will be cherished by all who knew her.
Helen graduated from Sacred Heart High School, Weymouth in 1949. She began her career as a bookkeeper at Walter Baker Chocolate and continued at G.H. Bent Co. in Milton, where she met her beloved husband, Eugene P. Pierotti, Sr.
Helen was the loving mother of Eugene P. Pierotti, Jr. of Norway, ME, Mary Pierotti Luosey of Milton, and James F. Pierotti and his wife Brenda of Hanover. Her role as a grandmother to Ellie, Christina, Nicholas, Anthony, Matthew, and Owen Pierotti was one of her greatest joys. Helen's love and guidance were the cornerstones upon which her family thrived.
While Helen was preceded in death by her siblings Alice McCarthy, Kathleen Ives, Thomas Moore, and Francis Moore, her memory will continue to be a source of comfort and inspiration to her family and all who knew her.
Helen's outgoing nature made her a friend to many. She had the remarkable ability to make each person feel valued and understood, often sought out for her wise counsel and empathetic ear.
A devout Catholic, Helen was a longtime parishioner of St. Agatha Parish in Milton. Her faith was a guiding light in her life, reflected in her actions and her unwavering support of her church community.
Funeral Mass at St. Agatha Church Milton Wednesday morning at 10:30. Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home 326 Granite Ave Milton Wednesday morning prior to the mass from 9:00 to 10:00 am. Burial Milton Cemetery.
