Helen M. Donovan

Helen M. Donovan, age 76, of Dorchester, passed away peacefully January 4, 2021. She was the dear daughter of the late Timothy J. and Helen A. (Molis) Donovan. Loving sister of Ann Marie Donovan of Dorchester and Margaret Sienkiewicz and her husband Walter of Shorewood, IL. Aunt of Joseph Bessette and his wife Colleen of Plainfield, IL, their children Lucas and Hayden, and Katherine Sienkiewicz of IL. Helen was a longtime Quincy School Educator. Visiting hours will be held at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Ave., Milton, Tuesday, January 12, 2021 from 9 to 10 am prior to the Funeral Mass. Due to Covid 19 restrictions only 10 people are allowed at a time. Please bring your own pen to sign the register book. Funeral Mass will follow at St. Agatha Church, Milton at 10:30 am. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to Quincy Community Action Food Pantry, One Copeland St. Quincy, MA 02169.
