George San Giorgio, a man of unwavering faith, passed away on February 11, 2025. He embodied the virtues of compassion and humility throughout his life.
Born to Guiseppe San Giorgio and Angelina (Amico), George was the youngest brother of Ernest St. George and the late Christine St. George, Sr. Mary Angelina, and Alphonse St. George. His presence will also be missed by his niece, Debra St. George and her husband Tom of Braintree, nephews, Bradley St. George of Milton and Martin St. George of New York and the staff and residents of Braintree Manor Affinity Healthcare.
George was known for his skills as a barber. His true calling, however, was realized when he became a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Boston Medical Center. There, he dedicated himself to the well-being of his patients, offering not just medical care but also comfort and a listening ear to those in need.
George's life was a testament to his faith-filled spirit. A devout Catholic, he lived his beliefs through his actions. His gentle manner was the hallmarks of his character.
As we bid farewell to George San Giorgio, we celebrate a life well lived. He was a man who walked gently upon this earth.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home 326 Granite Ave Milton on Wednesday February 19th from 9:00-10:00am. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Agatha Parish Milton at 10:30am. Burial to follow at St, Michael’s Cemetery Boston.
