O’Neill, Frances E., of Milton died May 1, 2023, at Brightview Senior Living in Canton after a period of declining health. Fran was the beloved wife of the late John T. O’Neill, (Chief, M.F.D.) who died in 1994.  Born in Boston on Oct. 4, 1934, to the late David H. Morris, Sr. and Maria “Edith” (Capuzzo) Morris, she was a 1952 graduate of Holy Trinity High School in Roxbury. 

 Fran is lovingly survived by her five children Christine A. Smith and her husband Stuart of FL, Cheryle T. O’Neill and her husband George R. Coolidge of NH, David T. O’Neill and his wife Mary of Bridgewater, Cathleen M. O’Neill of FL and Kimberly A. Dever, M.D. and her husband Robert of Canton.  Loving Nana of ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.  She was the beloved sister of the late David H. Morris, Jr.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her Funeral Mass which will be celebrated at St. Elizabeth’s Church Milton on Friday, May 5th at 10 a.m.  Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home 326 Granite Ave Milton Friday morning prior to the Mass from 8:30 to 9:30 am. Her burial will follow in Milton Cemetery.
