Donald L. Donahue

Donahue, Donald L., Sr. of Milton formerly of Charlestown & Hyde Park, passed away November 2nd.  Beloved husband of the late Mary “Carrigan” Donahue.  Father of Donald L. Donahue, Jr. and his wife Patricia of Quincy and David F. Donahue and his wife Janet of Scituate.  Brother of the late John Jr., Robert & Claire.  Grandfather of Daniel Donahue, Colleen Mitchell, Ryan Donahue, Patrick Donahue, Christine Donahue and Shannon Donahue.  Also survived by 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.   WWII Veteran of the U.S. Army.  “Chairman of the Board of the System”.  Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Ave, Milton Sunday from 2-5 pm.  Funeral Mass at St. Agatha Church, Milton Monday morning at 10:30 am. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be by made in his memory to The Norwell Visiting Nurses Association, Pat Roche Hospice House, 86 Turkey Hill Lane, Hingham, MA 02043.
