Galante, Domenic S. “Bob”, age 96, of Hyde Park passed away peacefully in the company of his loving family on Wednesday, Feb. 13th. Beloved husband of  late Anne M. (Signori). Devoted father of Nancy Pond of Norwood, Rita Davis of Boston, Mary Permatteo of Southborough, Robert of Yarmouth, Kenneth of Brockton and Richard Galante of Norton. “Papa” of 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Dear brother of Louisa Dudzik of Braintree, Agnes Ross of Hyde Park and the late Vera Patrick, Leonora, Albert and Edward Galante. Funeral Mass at St. Anne Church, Readville Monday morning at 10. Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Ave., Milton, Sunday 4 to 7 PM. Burial in Knollwood Park, Canton. WWW II Navy Seabee. Retired Engineer of Westinghouse Corp., Hyde Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Monastery of St. Clare, 920 Centre St., Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.
