Dolly A. (Sweeney) Woods

Dorothy Woods (Sweeney) of Yarmouth and Milton, originally from South Boston. Passed away January 14, 2022. Born in S. Boston, she attended St. Gregory’s High School and Laboure College of Nursing.  Dolly was the Director of Admissions for the family run nursing homes.  Beloved wife of Thomas E. Woods of Dorchester and Yarmouth.  Daughter of Mary Sweeney of Dorchester and the late Matthew J. Sweeney (BPD).  Sister of Mary Sweeney of Weymouth and her companion Maryellen Palingo, Sheila Sweeney of Milton and her companion Shawn Davis and Matthew Sweeney and wife Jill of Dorchester. Loving aunt of Connor and Ryan Sweeney and the late Christina and Jake Feeney (NFD). Sister in law of Rick Woods, John Woods, and the late Robert Woods and his wife Joanne. Dearest friends Joe and Dottie D’Angelo, Helen Skulski and Tom O’Brien.
