Dennis F. Reale, of Quincy, a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed away on October 11, 2023, in Quincy, Massachusetts. Born and raised in Boston, Dennis was a man of great passion, who lived his life with love and dedication to his family and work.
Dennis was the cherished husband of Marjorie J. (Mennino) and the dedicated father of Dennis J. Reale and his wife Michelle of Hamstead, NH, Kara Reale of Weymouth, and Zachary Reale and his wife Gia of Salem, NH. He was a proud and doting grandfather to Rose, Madison, Mackenzie, and Sofia Reale, who brought immense joy and happiness to his life. Dennis was also a caring brother to Deborah Oakley of Holbrook, William Reale of SC, Joseph Reale and his wife Deb of SC, Cheryl Antoniewicz and her husband Paul of Milton, and Robert Reale and his wife Deb of Braintree. Additionally, he is survived by a close family friend, James MacNeil, whose companionship and friendship enriched Dennis's life greatly.
Born in Boston, Dennis was a proud local, raised in South Boston and a graduate of Charlestown High School. He was a hard-working individual who dedicated many years of his life to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an electrician before retiring in 2017. Known for his quick wit, Dennis was well-respected and admired by his colleagues and peers. His dedication to his job was a testament to his strong work ethic and commitment.
Dennis was a man of many interests, but his love for his job and devotion to his family stood out the most. He was passionate and loving, always putting the needs of his family before his own. His love for his family was evident in every aspect of his life, from his unwavering support to the joy he found in spending time with them. His family was his world, and he was their rock.
Dennis F. Reale was a man who lived his life with love, passion, and dedication. His influence and love will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and everyone who knew him. His memory will be cherished by all who had the pleasure of knowing him, and his legacy will continue to shine through his children and grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by all.
Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home 326 Granite Ave Milton Monday from 2:00 to 7:00 pm. Funeral service at the funeral home Tuesday at 10:00. Burial Massachusetts National Cemetery Tuesday at 12:45 pm
