Barbara Freid

Barbara Freid of Milton Passed away on October 14, 2022.
She was the beloved wife of Albert al Freid for the past 66 years.
Daughter of the late Samuel and Florence Forman of Boston. 
Barbara was born in the north end of Boston ,then moved to Rochester NH where she graduated from Spaulding High school, class of 1946.
The family then moved to Newbury street where her parents bought a rooming house with attached breakfast and lunch spot at 272 Newbury street, where Barbara enjoyed serving lunch to the students from Berkeley school of music when it was next to their restaurant.
Barbara graduated from Mary Brooks College class of 1949 where she received her bachelor degree in early education.
After she and Al married, they bought a house in Milton MA
Barbara leaves her beloved daughter Ina Freid Brother of Hull, grandson Noah Brother and a granddaughter Nicole Ramshaw. A great granddaughter Lillian Ramshaw and a great grandson Joshua Ramshaw. 
Her family was by her side at the time of death.
Donations may be made to Newton Wellesley Hospital where they took outstanding care on third floor west during her last days.
