Obituary

Anne L. “Nancy” Douglass (Watson) of Milton passed away March 9th.  Born in Boston, she was raised in Milton and graduated from Milton High School and Tufts University.  She was a devoted wife and mother and loved to knit, sew, cook, and bake.  Nancy was also an avid Red Sox Fan and enjoyed spending time with her Thursday Girls.

 Beloved wife of the late Paul B.,  Mother of Michael W. Douglass and his wife Susan of VA, Paul B. Douglass Jr. of Milton, Elizabeth A. Douglass of Milton, and Maryellen Van Royen and her husband Donald of PA.  Grandmother of Sean Douglass, Shannon Douglass, and Aidan Van Royen.  Sister of Ellen Brennan and her husband John of Milton and the late Mary Puleio and her late husband Robert.  Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home 326 Granite Ave Milton Friday March 17th from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.  Funeral Mass at St. Agatha Church, Milton Saturday morning at 10:30 am.  Burial Milton Cemetery.  Donations may be made in her memory to Alzheimer’s Assn at www.alz.org or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at www.stjude.org
